This moulded EPS panel offers a true 400 kPa compressive strength, ensuring exceptional load-bearing performance despite its slim design. Additionally, moulded foam doesn’t suffer from weakening of the board from routing as the grooves are preformed rather than taking material away from an existing unrouted board.

At just 20mm thick, Profoil EPS400 keeps floor build-up to an absolute minimum, making it ideal for projects where height restrictions are a concern. The board is precision moulded with grooves for 16mm pipe at 150mm centres, allowing for fast, accurate installation and consistent pipe spacing.

This integrated design removes the need for additional fixing systems, simplifying installation while maintaining structural integrity across the floor.
