Discreet. Efficient. Made to Fit.

The Progroove Projoist® Lined EPS from Epic Insulation is a purpose-designed underfloor heating solution made to sit snugly between timber joists. Combining expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation with a 100-micron aluminium foil facing that is lined into the groove. This panel offers a low profile, high efficiency option for suspended floor systems.

Precision grooved for pipe retention, the grooves securely hold underfloor heating pipes in place, eliminating the need for additional fixings and ensuring consistent pipe spacing.

The 100-micron foil facing enhances thermal conductivity ensuring rapid and even heat distribution across the floor surface.

The Progroove Projoist® Lined EPS Panel comes in compressive strengths of 100kpa and 200kpa, various thicknesses and is routed to your pipe diameter and spacing requirements. The panels are lightweight, easy to handle and can easily be cut on site reducing labour time and simplifying the installation process.

  • Reduced bills – Save energy by installing low temperature underfloor heating

  • Minimal increase to existing floor heights thanks to low profile

  • Faster response than standard warm-water underfloor heating systems

The Profix® Underfloor Heating Panel is suitable for the following building projects
New build_edited.jpg
Underfloor heating for new builds

Warm-water underfloor heating is a cost-effective, energy efficient space heating solution for new build properties.

With their self-adhesive backing and interlocking features, Profix® underfloor heating panels are very quick to install and guarantee the UFH pipework is always positioned at the correct spacing.

Incorporating a Profix® low-temperature warm-water underfloor heating system in a new build property, powered by a heat pump, will provide a ‘future-proofed’ space heating solution complying with the requirements of The Future Homes Standard and The Future Buildings Standard.

Renovations_edited.jpg
Underfloor heating for renovations

With its large surface area, a warm-water underfloor heating system can be an ideal space heating solution for retrofit projects.

At just 15mm in height, and with the added benefit of a self-adhesive backing, Profix® underfloor heating panels offer a very thin, fast-fix solution.

The self-adhesive backing on every 15mm Profix® Panel removes the risk of mechanical fixings compromising any hidden services within the existing sub-floor and, thanks to their very low profile, result in only a minimal increase to the current floor height.
